When you create a coaching profile, EdwinBlends stores your name, email, phone number, Instagram handle, coaching goals, booking history, approval status, weekly session allowance, and attendance confirmations.

The public coaching portal saves a secure browser access token so you can return to your profile and appointments on the same device. Edwin uses this information to arrange and deliver coaching, manage appointments, and contact you about those appointments. The coach dashboard is restricted to the coach.

If you opt in to appointment texts, your phone number and reminder message are sent to Twilio, our messaging provider, when messaging is enabled. Reminder texts relate to your coaching appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. SMS consent is optional and is not required to book. The portal remains the source for current appointment details.
